VetOsHealth.ai helps veterinary clinics handle the flood of WhatsApp messages from pet parents. An AI agent answers questions, registers new owners and their pets, books and reschedules appointments, and flags emergencies to staff. Clinic teams use a multi-vendor dashboard to manage appointments, pets, services, staff and the knowledge base.

Challenge
- Vet clinics get most enquiries on WhatsApp, often after hours, and receptionists can't answer them all quickly.
- Booking means checking working hours, holidays, staff and slot availability, which generic chatbots get wrong.
- Emergencies have to reach a human straight away, and the bot must never make up medical answers.
Solution
FYT built a Python backend with PostgreSQL and Redis, and an AI agent on LangGraph with Google Gemini. The agent has about 19 tools for availability, booking, cancellation, clinic registration and emergency triage. It searches each clinic's knowledge base and falls back safely when it can't find an answer. WhatsApp runs on Twilio with templates, quick replies, lists and typing indicators. When staff take over a chat, the bot steps aside, and every AI response is logged.

FAQ
Yes. The VetOsHealth agent checks working hours, holidays and open slots before it books, reschedules or cancels an appointment.
It answers only from the clinic's own context and knowledge base, falls back safely when unsure, and escalates emergencies to staff. Staff can take over any chat.
No. The same architecture works for any appointment-based business, such as dental clinics, salons or diagnostics labs.
