Rajwada is a real estate business that needed a CRM built for property sales. Its team tracks leads from many sources through site visits to booking, and works with channel partners and project inventory. FYT built the CRM, and separately the Workflow Manager for post-sale operations (see its case study).
Challenge
- Property leads come from portals, ads, walk-ins and brokers, and slow replies lose buyers to competitors.
- Generic CRMs don't model real estate: projects, unit inventory, site visits and channel-partner commissions.
- Managers needed reports by source, by agent and by stage.
Solution
FYT built a NestJS backend and a Next.js frontend on Firebase. The CRM covers leads, pipeline, follow-ups, site visits, channel partners, projects, inventory, sources, tags, tasks, forms, reports and webhooks. An AI assistant answers buyer questions on WhatsApp from a project knowledge base. Agents call leads from inside the CRM through TeleCMI, and the team sees live updates as work happens.
