Customer Agreement & Development Policies
Introduction
At Fly Your Tech, we believe in transparency and professionalism. These terms and conditions outline the responsibilities, expectations, and policies for all our services. By working with us, you agree to follow the terms mentioned below to ensure a smooth and successful project experience.
1. Project Quotation & Scope
- All project details, pricing, deliverables, and timelines will be clearly defined in the proposal or quotation document.
- Once a quotation/proposal is approved, it is considered final and non-negotiable. No changes will be entertained unless mutually agreed in writing.
- Any additional work or feature requests beyond the agreed scope will be considered a separate project and billed accordingly.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be clearly mentioned in the proposal. These may include milestone-based payments, advance payments, or full upfront payment, as applicable.
- Delay in payment from the client's side may result in a delay or halt in the project.
- We reserve the right to suspend work if payment is overdue beyond 7 days from the agreed due date.
- All payments are non-refundable once the work has started, except in specific refund situations as mentioned below.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not applicable once the project has entered the development or design phase.
- In rare cases, if a refund is applicable (before starting work), it will be processed within 15 business days after formal approval.
- No refunds will be entertained for delays caused due to lack of client response, non-submission of resources, or change in project direction from the client's side.
4. Project Timeline
- The timeline mentioned in the proposal is an estimate and is subject to timely feedback, approvals, and resource submissions from the client.
- We are not responsible for any delay caused due to unavailability of content, images, approvals, or any other dependency on the client.
- Inactivity or lack of communication from the client for more than 15 days may lead to automatic project hold or cancellation.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, information, credentials, and access required for the project.
- If these resources are not provided on time, the project may be delayed, for which Fly Your Tech is not liable.
- The client must assign a point of contact who can give timely feedback and approvals.
6. Communication
- All official communication will be done through email/whatsapp or the agreed project management tools.
- Verbal communication or informal chats will not be considered as official documentation unless confirmed over email.
7. Ownership & Delivery
- All designs, code, and deliverables remain the property of Fly Your Tech until the final payment is received in full.
- Upon full payment, project files, source code (if included), and all rights will be transferred to the client.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
- All client data and information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party without written consent.
9. Support & Maintenance
- Post-launch support and maintenance are not included unless specifically mentioned in the proposal.
- Any bugs or errors identified within 15 days of delivery will be resolved at no additional cost (unless caused by third-party changes or hosting/server issues).
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In case of termination, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the date of termination.
- No refunds will be made for partial work already delivered or approved.
