By engaging FlyYourTech (FYT), you are entering a strategic technical partnership. These terms govern the deployment, maintenance, and intellectual integrity of our collaborative missions.
1. Project Initiation
- Scope Authority: All deliverables and technical requirements are defined in the Project Blueprint. Post-approval modifications are subject to "Scale Expansion" protocols and additional billing.
- Discovery Phase: Design assets must be greenlit before core development architecture commences.
- Telemetry: Project status updates are provided via your dedicated Mission Dashboard every 72 hours.
2. Financial Protocols
- Payment Velocity: Terms follow the agreed milestone-based structure. Work cycles may be suspended if telemetry indicates payment delays exceeding 72 hours.
- Non-Refundable Initiation: All initiation fees and milestone payments are final once technical resources have been allocated.
3. Intellectual Assets
- Proprietary Core: While clients receive full operational code for their specific business logic, core frameworks and "FYT Catalyst" proprietary algorithms remain the intellectual property of FlyYourTech.
- Usage License: Upon final settlement, clients are granted a permanent, irrevocable license to utilize the delivered technical solution for its intended business purpose.
- Reverse Engineering: Decompilation or extraction of FYT proprietary cores is strictly prohibited and protected by international intellectual property law.
4. Development Trajectory
- Estimated Timelines: Deadlines are calculated based on immediate client resource availability. Delays in providing credentials, content, or API access will result in a commensurate extension of the project timeline.
- Stagnation Protocol: Projects inactive for more than 14 days due to client latency may be archived, requiring a reactivation fee.
5. Support & Resilience
- Correction Period: Technical anomalies identified within 15 days of final deployment are resolved under our "Standard Readiness Guarantee" at zero cost.
- Environmental Changes: We are not liable for system failures caused by third-party API deprecations or server-side modifications after project handover.
6. Mission Termination
Either party may terminate the deployment with 7 days' written notice. The client remains liable for all technical cycles executed up to the point of termination.
