SmileFinance helps investors recover unclaimed shares and dividends. Each case goes through field sourcing, tele-calling, KYC, demat, transmission, court or IEPF steps, and settlement. FYT built a CRM that models this whole process.

Challenge
- A single case can move through more than 20 legal and operational stages, which generic sales pipelines can't represent.
- The team moved from an older CRM and needed its existing pipelines and stage IDs mapped across.
- Each stage needs its own custom fields.
Solution
FYT built a Laravel backend with a React and TypeScript frontend, and a configurable pipeline system with custom fields. Six pipelines with 65 stages are set up: Field Leads, Lead Pipeline, Deal Pipeline (Demat, KYC, Duplicate, Transmission, Court and IEPF), Dmat Done and Deals Lost, each with initial, in-progress, won or lost stage types.
