After a unit is booked, a real estate developer still runs dozens of steps across departments: documentation, payments, approvals, handover and customer issues. The Workflow Manager turns these steps into configurable workflows with clear owners, deadlines and an audit trail.
Challenge
- Post-sale work moved through WhatsApp groups and spreadsheets, so nobody could see where each booking stood.
- Different departments needed different permissions, and the task permission matrix was complex.
- Inventory status had to stay in sync with bookings.
Solution
FYT built a Next.js app on PostgreSQL, with Supabase and Firebase for sign-in and file storage. Admins design workflows, and each booking or project creates a workflow with tasks assigned across departments. A role-based permission matrix controls who can view, edit or approve each task. Twilio WhatsApp templates notify people when work is assigned or overdue, and inventory stays in sync with the CRM.
