FYT CRM is the system Fly Your Tech uses to run its own sales and delivery: leads, follow-ups, campaigns, invoices and payments in one place. It also serves as the base for client CRMs. It has a web app, an API, a WhatsApp gateway, a mobile app and a Chrome extension.

Challenge
- Leads arrived from the website, Meta ads, Google Sheets and WhatsApp, and each source lived in a different tool.
- Replying fast on WhatsApp mattered, but the team couldn't staff the chat around the clock.
- Invoices, upcoming payments and project deadlines were tracked by hand.
Solution
FYT built a React and TypeScript admin console on a Node.js backend with Firebase. WhatsApp runs through a gateway that can auto-reply from incoming messages. Gemini suggests replies, generates FAQs and drafts campaign copy. Leads sync both ways with Google Sheets, and rows that cannot be imported are flagged. Invoices are generated as PDFs and can be shared by private links.

FAQ
Yes. FYT CRM gets incoming WhatsApp messages by webhook and can auto-reply or suggest AI-drafted replies for a human to send.
Yes. It syncs leads with Google Sheets in both directions, and flags rows that couldn't be imported so nothing is silently lost.
FYT uses it in-house and adapts it for clients.
